Reservation Policy

Reservation:

Dear Guest,
We inform you that visible date and time are the only available. If you don’t find the chosen date and time please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to satisfy you. 

The Restaurant allows you to book through our website for a maximum of 6 guests per table. For tables with more than 6 guests, we kindly ask our guests to contact the Restaurant at the following address: prenotazioni@giulioterrinoni.it. We will pleased to provide you a tailor-made Menu by the Chef Giulio Terrinoni.

Cancellation Policy:

In order to book successfully a table to our restaurant it is required a valid credit card. At the time of booking no fee will be charged on your card, and the information will be retained only to confirm the reservation. In case of a late cancellation, late modifications or if the reservation were to result in a “no show”, you will be charged an amount of € 100 (One hundred / euros) per person on the given credit card.
In case of cancellation, communicated to us in writing at least 24 hours by email, to the address: prenotazioni@giulioterrinoni.it, this amount will not be forfeited and, therefore, no charge will be applied.

Dress code:

Please note our dress code is smart casual. Guests must refrain from wearing short pants, flip flops or slippers, and sandals or sleeveless shirts for men.

Pet policy:

We will welcome small size dogs in our private dining room after the reservation’s office confirmation.
